My daughter just graduated from Community college with her associates degree. She will be going on to another college for her Bachelor degree, we are will be giving her a party, how do I word the invite, so people know she will be continuing on.

Firstly congratulations to your daughter!

Perhaps this wording could best be in an Announcement. For example:

Ian and Mary Smith
are delighted to announce
the Graduation of their daughter
Amanda Smith
from Buxton Community College
with an associates degree
on 8 February 2017.
Amanda will be continuing her studies
by taking a Degree at
Derby University.

In this case the party invites just need to have the important party details.

If you are not completing Announcements then you could try:

Ian and Mary Smith
invite you to the Graduation Party
for their daughter Amanda
who has graduated from
Buxton Community College
with an associates degree
on 8 February 2017.
The party is at (home address)
at (time/date)
RSVP (details)

Please note Amanda will be taking
a Degree at Derby University in the Fall.

Please let me know if this helps. I am very happy to help with another draft!
