Colleen Ann Fitzpatrick of Old Bridge, New Jersey was born on July 20, 1972. She is a pop music singer, dancer and actress and is better known by her stage name, Vitamin C.
She is married to Michael Kotch whom she met while attending New York University and they formed Eve's Plum together. Michael was the guitarist and Coleen was the lead singer. After around a year, they landed a deal with Sony and wound up releasing two albums, 1993's Envy and 1995's Cherry Alive. She also recorded a song called Vacation, which became the opening theme to Pokémon: The First Movie.
Colleen subsequently left for a solo career and also took on acting roles in The Naked Gun 2 1/2, Liar Liar, The Mambo Kings, Dracula 2000, and Get Over It. Fitzpatrick made cameos on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, The Brothers Garcia, The Amanda Show, and The Sausage Factory.
In 1988 Colleen Fitzpatrick scored a deal with Elektra. Her debut album, Vitamin C, was released in late summer 1999 and it produced two decent-sized hits in "Smile" and "Me, Myself and I." Vitamin C really took off, though, with the impeccably timed release of the third single, "Graduation (Friends Forever)”.
In 2005, Fitzpatrick's cover of the 1980s hit "Voices Carry" by 'Til Tuesday was included on the soundtrack for the Disney superhero comedy movie Sky High (2005 film).

We used this piece for our Middle School graduation ceremony - and it was very well received.
Our Choir performed the graduation song at our farewell concert for the 8th graders.
My school softball team loved this song and we sang it at our last game as the 8th graders would be leaving the team.

Not very hard to play. I have taken violin for 3 years and can play it pretty well. I also took piano for about 3 years and it's also just as easy. It's in C major, which is easy for piano, but you’ve got to make sure you check your fingering on the violin. I really recommend this!
