Sandwiches

Perhaps the most underestimated food. You can have them made to order for guests, you can make them in advance and you can use lots of different kinds of bread. Think of BLT, egg, cheese or chicken. Just think of all the great panini sandwiches you can create with prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, roasted peppers, chicken and some herbs.

I hope you like these very simple sandwich fillings. Of course if you have a local deli they may help you set up a sandwich bar where you can offer a great range of fillings with the sandwiches made to order.
