Can you please tell me how to get the invitation that I found on here to print or over to word so that I can put information in it?

This is so easy, just follow these steps:
1) Right-click you mouse over the invitation and select "copy"
2) Open up "MS Word" and set your page size to whatever one you want 5" by 7" is good.
3) Right-click your mouse within the blank MS Word page and select paste and the invitation should appear.
4) Now position (using the position tab on the title bar) the invitation in the centre of the page.
5) Now if you click on the image, little circles and squares will appear around the edge. Move your mouse on to them and little arrows will appear. Now click and drag if you want to stretch the image a little to cover the space.

Now it's ready for personalizing and printing.
