Obviously you could just print the invitations and complete them by hand, however, you could also choose to partially (everything but the name of the person being invited) or completely personalize them using the instructions below.

How to Personalize Your Safari Graduation Invite

How to Print your Safari Graduation Invitations

Assuming you have followed the steps above to copy and paste the document into your word processing tool, next:

1. Set the printer to the desired paper size.

2. Adjust the margins to zero.

3. Adjust the image to cover the full size of the paper. Do this by clicking on the image and dragging one of the corner arrows.

4. To ensure everything looks just right go to File, Print Preview.

5. Print a "cut to size" test sheet to be certain that the font, font size and placement of your message will be as you desire. Make any necessary adjustments, then print your invitations.

Tip - Mark an X on one side of the test sheet prior to printing. This will help you determine which way up to place the invitation in the printer.

Safari Graduation Invite Paper

There are lots of options for the graduation invite paper. All are great for the free printable above.

For the paper use bamboo corrugated paper, or safari colored paper.

You can use the paper in your printer and have great invites.

Safari colors can be the color of the Savannah, and green for trees. Using the right colored paper will give amazing invitations.

If you like to use thicker, quality paper, there are lots of options. I like cardstock or blank invitation paper. You may like scrapbook or text, for example.

• You could attach the invites to a pith helmet for extra effect. Perhaps this idea is best where you have a small number of guests and can hand deliver the invitations.


• The Passport style should have normal details like Surname, Given name, Nationality, Date Of Birth, Place Of Birth, Date Of Issue, Date Of Expiration.
