Letters for Personalizing your Graduation Cards

Obviously you'll need to choose the first letter from this list. Just hover over the desired
letter with your mouse and right-click, select copy and then read below for further
instructions.

How to Compose the Name on Your Graduation Cards

1) Hover over, one of the letters above with your mouse, right-click and select "copy".
2) Open a new document in your word processing tool and set the paper size to reflect
the size of the card you are going to use.
3) Now position your cursor where you want the letter to go and right-click your mouse
band select "paste".
4) Repeat steps 1 and 3 until the name is complete.

Re-size the Letters to Suit Your Paper Size

1) Hover over the first letter with your mouse (within your word processing tool where
you have already created the name).
2) Left-click your mouse to select the letter.
3) Now move your mouse over one of the corners until arrows appear.
4) Left-click on the arrows and drag your mouse until the letter is the desired size.
5) Repeat steps 1 to 4 until all letters are the desired size.

Envelopes and addressing tips for Graduation Cards

Don't neglect your envelopes; add a little clipart to the bottom right hand corner.

If you don't have the full address then try using the US Postal Service Zip+4 Lookup.

Printing Tips for Graduation Cards

Tip number 1 - If using quality card, then cut plain printer paper the same size as
the card you are using and practice printing on it first.

Tip number 2 - If you are using pre-folded card then try marking your trial paper
with a cross on one side so that you can determine what is the correct way you
should be inserting your card into the printer.

Cheap or quality Blank Card

Cheap Option - You could just use A4 printer paper and fold it.

More expensive option - buy some pre-folded card and matching envelopes (white is best)
from your local stationary store or buy them online from www.paper.com.

Just use printer paper cut to size and glued in place for the inside verse though i.e. cut
the paper to the same size (or slightly smaller) as the opened card, fold it in the same
place and apply glue down one side of the fold and stick onto the card.
