The first and main one is ebay. I was blown away with the amount and quality of graduation cake decorations that I found on here. It is the best I have found by far with the graduation specific cake supplies. The great thing is that the prices are really low and most contain the straight forward "buy" option as apposed to having to bid.

Also check out PartyWorks. It doesn't have much specifically for a graduation cake but it does have millions of candles, pans, cutters, cupcake kits, icing kits and even complete decorating kits for loads of different themed cakes. You name it, they've got it.

They've also got lots of fantastic cake baking and decorating tips and ideas. Def one not to be missed.

Celebrate Express is a bit smaller but it also has a nice selection of cake decorating supplies. Again, not so much for graduation but if you are planning any other kind of themed party then they have cake pans and cake toppers for like 80 different themes. Give them a shot if you don't find what you're looking for at the other stores, or just to compare prices.
