My Graduation Poem
by Rawan Alaa
(Cairo, Egypt)
We're graduating, and we know Our lives will be different and new We're going out into the world Our goals and dreams to pursue But one thing will never, ever change As we go our seperate ways The friends we've made in school will be Our friends for all our days The special ties and attachments we've made These bond will never be broken We'll continue to feel that special bonds Though words may not be spoken So it's not " Goodbye", but rather "Farewell" I'll see you again my friend Your friendship means alot to me And it will never End !!

Graduation Poem
by Rawan Alaa
(Cairo, Egypt)
Thirteen years have passed, With moments that will forever last, Friendship bonds that wont break, And a life full of mistakes.
This final schooling year, Is something that I fear, I cant wait for it to disappear, But I know it will finish with a tear.
The memories we have made, Will somehow never fade, The journey we have shared, To no other it can be compared.
The fights we have had, Somehow always made us sad, the stupid stuff we said, and how we watched the lies spread.
The stuff we have learned, And the money we have earned, we havent hit the big world, but when we do well be twirled.
The school days i'll never forget, And them i'll never regret, The new chapter i'll begin, Is assured to have a new spin.

(Chicago)
I came across this poem and gave it to my friends as a parting gift at college.
Friends by Jean Kyler McManus
A friend is someone we turn to when our spirits need a lift. A friend is someone we treasure for our friendship is a gift. A friend is someone who fills our lives with beauty, joy, and grace. And makes the whole world we live in a better and happier place.

A Friend’s Graduation Poem
by Helen Farr
(Toronto)
My best friends is graduation in style
She is fun, loyal and I’ve known her for a while
We met through or love of soccer practice
We have shred funny stories and winning matches
Our lives have run in parallel for so many years
We supported each other through good times and tears
You’ve succeeded at everything that you have attempted
The top of your class is how you have graduated
Your new life at University is all ready
I know that you will be a shining star
For us to wish you well from a far.

Goodbye My Friends
by Una Hampton
(New York)
I thought of writing my onw graduation poems as I knew I would miss my friends after college a lot.
We met four years ago We all seemed lost and alone Instantly we knew we were friends We've stayed that way to the end You always smile and seem at peace For good and bad you're just the same You make our lives a happy place You never seek fortune or fame We have helped each other graduate We've studied hard and learned so well We now deserve to really celebrate An be together for one last day Tomorrow we go our seperate ways My new job is on another coast Our time together may end today But you will always be in my heart.
