One graduation party planning tip I would suggest is to make the party safer than you first think. We eventually thought of how to keep the whole environment safe. Safety concerns were raised about the lead up to the venue, door security, safety within the venue and how safe the graduates would be after the party. Approaching local safety experts, the police and fire department gave us a huge amount of tips. We hired a security firm in the end and also made sure graduates had transport as we did not want anyone to drive after the party.
