What a wonderful stage to be talking to the children and I assume their parents. I think the best thing here is simply to remind them how wonderful they are, how they have their first success and just how great they are going to be at the next stage in their schooling. Wishing them a bright and successful future and adding in your own very personal thanks to them for being great kids and also letting them know just how much you will miss them. I am sure you will have a bit more than this but hope it is a start for you.
