Hi there. I have been invited to speak by my high school to speak at this year's commencement exercises. The theme is the importance of quality education in forging a decent future for Filipino youth (Saktong Buhay: Sa Dekalidad na Edukasyon Pinanday). I have been out of the country for 20 years and I don't know where and how to start my speech. Hope you can help me. Mr. Desperate Speaker

Many thanks for getting in touch. I have a High School version, Grade 6 version and Elementary school version below which I hope helps you.

I have tried to look at the benefits of the education the graduates have had so far. Also how that education will benefit the graduates in the future and help them forge a bright future. I hope this angle gives you the speech you need.

High School

Principal ___, Honored Guests __________, parents and friends.

I am honoured to be here at your special day. Congratulations to the Class of 2015.
The benefits of education are perhaps more obvious when you successfully graduate. The past few years will have been full of challenges, had work, picking yourselves up from disappointment, and perseverance. These life lessons will benefit you for a long time.
You have learned real skills. You have graduated and can demonstrate your expertise in Maths, Languages, Geography, History and Computing, for example. Not only are these skills very beneficial to you right now but also in the future you can build on them successfully.
At this excellent High School you have learned to be confident communicators. Added to your skills this can be very powerful in terms of impressing people at work and passing interviews.
You have learned to learn. Through High School it has been extremely important to be able to learn new course work quickly and efficiently and being confident in your ability to learn is vital.
Also you have learned great life skills. You can set and achieve goals, be part of a team, support others, raise money for charity, cope with difficult times and have confidence in your abilities.
A review of the past few years show the amazing benefits you have from education already. You are a highly talented Class.
One further skill I hope you learn today and that is how to celebrate. You deserve your special day and all the fun that you can have. I hope you have a great party!
The benefits so far of education are clear. The education you have had so far will benefit you for many years. Just think about all the skills you have and you will know how well you can do in the future.
However there is so much more to come. You can greatly enhance every one of your skills and make a wonderful life for yourself. Going to college will challenge you once again. However you will build on all your technical and life skills. At the end you will be very impressive people.
Perhaps you have a career in mind. A great education will help you no matter what it is you want to do. Doctors, nurses, teachers, software designers, factory managers, accountants, sales people, and entrepreneurs, for example either need their education to qualify for the job or use their education to be excellent at their job.
I hope you can see that through education you will give yourself a very bright future. In that way you can also look after your family, help your community and make your country great. Why not use education to give yourselves a life full of enthusiasm, fun, challenges, confidence, and contribution to others.
Well Done Class of 2015.

Grade 6

Principal _______, Honored Guests ______
First of all I am very proud to congratulate the Class of 2015. You are among the stars of our nation.
Through all the challenges you have had over the past few years, your education stands out like a beacon in terms of both the positive impact it has had on your lives and also the hope it gives you of a bright future.
The subjects you have learned have given you enormous knowledge. You can read, write, speak a language, understand nature, know your geography and history and also you can carry out mathematics at a great level. These subjects will help you live your lives in a positive way, confident in yourselves and able to hold your own withy any other graduates.
You have learned how to learn, which is a great skill in itself. You have also learned life skills such as teamwork, supporting others, having fun, and speaking in front of the class.
You also have that first big success in getting to graduation. I hope this has left you hungry for more academic success. The benefits of your education so far have been enormous.
I hope you really do feel proud and enjoy celebrating graduation. Celebrating successes is a great idea!
The next step for you all is continuing your education. You are very well placed to enter the next phase of your lives. You know how to learn and building on the excellent foundations you have already gained you can enjoy great success. You know how to work hard, you can help each other and you will really love doing well.
Looking a lot further ahead, it is essential that you use education to build successful foundations for yourselves. There is a fantastic world out there for you. Doing well at school will give you the choices you want in later life. That may be as teachers, doctors, nurses, accountants, internet entrepreneurs, software developers, factory managers or dentists, for example. All the great jobs require good academic qualifications. Not only that, you also will be more confident people who will feel you can face any challenge.
There is a very bright future waiting for you. You just need to work very hard at your studies to get it!
----------

Elementary School

Principal ______, Honored Guests, proud families.

Congratulations to the Class of 2015. You did it! Being graduates is a great honor and it does feel really good!
You are all stars. Well done to Helen, Josh, Uma, Katie, Harry, Ethan, Ellie, Mark, Brian and Susan.
Look at what you have achieved through being educated at this Elementary school – you’ll be amazed by just how much you have done. You know your numbers, words, letters, washing hands, being a friend, nature, using the computer, staying safe at school and how to behave in Class. Your teacher says you are one of her best classes ever.
Thanks also for supporting your charity. You have made a real difference in other people’s lives.
You have grown up so much and have made your families so proud. Let us take a moment to thank your teachers and everyone involved with the school for all they have done for you – they have given you so much!

I hope you have the best celebrations today. Graduation Day is a wonderful occasion.

If education does this much for you in a short time at Elementary School, just think about how much it will do for you at Grade School. You have shown you can learn really well, like to tackle new subjects, can make friends and can really enjoy playing. Doing all this with the same enthusiasm and energy at Grade School will make you very successful.
Some of you will already want to be Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Fire Crew, Police Officers and Sports stars when you grow up. Through learning at school you will surely make your dreams come true!

Good Luck

(I hope I am an time for you.)

Principal Weston, Honored Guests, Parents, Teachers and Graduates.
Let me congratulate the Class of 2016. You have made it through the education system with some style and really are a credit to yourselves and your families.
I am extremely thrilled to be here at your celebrations. I remember my own graduation which I found to be a milestone in my life.
I think that education is the cornerstone of our lives. The best, although not the easiest, way to create long term sustainable improvements in your lives and the lives of your community is education and the best way to take part in it for your benefit is to be educated. I can testify that education can change your life for the better. I worked very, very hard as my dream of being an engineer seemed so far away. However with all my heart I wanted to become an engineer, so I did all that I could to qualify.
I think the education you have been given is so much improved over my time. You have been a lucky Class in that you were able to stay in education through the whole K1 to 12 system. This improved education system was designed to be transformational and was put in place to develop you as people, which in turn would develop the community and the whole country. Sometimes that is hard to believe. However just imagine the determined graduate who studies business at college. They do well and start their own enterprise. They spend money at the stores, they employ people who feed and clothe their families, they provide healthcare and also a great place to work. People are happier, healthier and wealthier than they would have been without this graduate. I wanted to build amazing things so I chose to be an engineer.
I really do believe in our education system. Indeed the improvements made these past few years have been amazing. Education is much more focussed on your overall success than when I was at school.
Perhaps now by looking back over the past few years you can understand what education has done for you. You have grown up at school with the help and guidance of the teachers, and your parents. You have taken part in a structured education program which has taught you Math, Languages, Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, Health, Art, and Crafts, depending on the track you have taken. You have had work experience and also been given the chance to develop your communication skills. You have an excellent peer group around you and will have made friends for life. You have faced up to challenging times, learned how to persevere and also learned how to learn anything.
The parts I personally love are the focus on working with you to get the best for you and also the readiness for the next steps in your lives. We are preparing mentally stronger, more confident graduates with the skills to succeed in a world economy. I am very pleased, and very proud, to see how well you have all done.
However it is not just what you did at school, many of you go out and volunteer with charities, mentor younger students, help with family chores, have part time jobs and contribute to your family’s budget. Already you are starting to see tangible evidence of the development of your selves. Think back to the over-awed youngster who started high school. Now think about the talented, confident people you are now. The work you do in the community is already noticeable and soon your talents will help develop the whole nation.
Before looking ahead let’s take a moment to celebrate your Graduation Day. Graduation is a major milestone. Today you say goodbye to everything you have know these past few years and congratulate you on your success. You have worked so hard and really do deserve your praise and your celebrations. Perhaps like me you like that feeling you have inside of knowing that you worked very hard and achieved something worthwhile.
The future is as bright as you want it to be. I wanted to be something that no one I knew thought was possible. I urge you to have a dream. If you could be anything what would it be? You have been given the gift of a great education and now you really can choose to do something powerful with it. You may be starting a job and you can give your best at it, making money and contributing to your local area. You may be going to college and can set your mind to being the best you can be there. Certainly your education so far will make you a very good student with great potential. In later years you will be our nurses and doctors, police officers, fire fighters, government officials, teachers, business leaders, scientists, engineers and builders, for example. Business is a global affair these days. You are not just competing with your peers but also with graduates from other countries. Perhaps one of you will be on TV showing your latest innovation or telling us how you followed your dream and made the greatest life for yourself.

All of you will be able to develop your nation by being the best in your field. Our country needs us all to continue to educate ourselves and be competitive in a global market place. Just dream big and get to work making it all come true!

Congratulations once again and good luck in the future.

Some Ideas For You:

Children are naturally loving, wonderful, curious, playful, trusting and vulnerable all at the same time.
They just want to play and enjoy their world.
Here at our Daycare Center we help them learn through play, music, song, dance, colors, shape and nature.
We must never take away their right to be free and safe. They must be well fed and grow up in a healthy environment.
The most important thing in their lives is the love and support of their family.
We take all of this into account and integrate the ideas into our approach to educating, supporting, caring our children. Keeping them safe and importantly involving their families.
Let our children be free to explore this wonderful world!

Let me know if you would like some more help.

Elementary valedictorian speech
by: Anonymous

hi there! can you help my daughter to deliver her valedictorian speech on her elementary graduation. I dont know how to start. any idea? pls help. thank you

In Reply

I would be delighted to help.

Some basic messages can be:

I am thrilled to be here speaking to you. I am very proud to be a member of the graduating Class of 2016.

Thanks for the educational system set up by our country. We have developed so much by taking part in it and can already help our families and local community.

Thanks to our teachers for the patience with us, helping us to learn and making sure we did all the work required.

Thanks to our families who mean so much to us. Thanks for all your love and support. Also thanks for the fund raising you did.

Thanks to our community for your support. We have had many free trips and books., which we are very grateful for.

I love being part of the Class of 2016. We have fun but we really do work very hard. We know we have been given a great education and I think it has made us ready for the next stage in our education.

Not only have we learned Math, Language, Nature, Health and all about our country. We have also learned how to study and my Dad says that learning never stops so that will help us for a lifetime.

I will miss everything about Elementary School. My daily life has been idyllic. I walk to school, meet my best friends, say hello to the school staff, go into class with our wonderful teacher. We have fun! I am very sad to be leaving.

However life must change and I think the Class of 2016 is ready to take on the next challenges. I look forward to seeing you all at our new school!

To Personalize the Messages

Anything you can give me about the school would be great. For example charity days, successes, are the parents good fund raisers, did they have a great field trip, are the teachers excellent and what extra do they do for the class. Just anything that will give material for a personalized speech. Also is there a speech topic? For your daughter, being Valedictorian is excellent. Did she work extra hard, get extra help from teachers? Again a little bit of detail to personalize the speech.

Also are there people to thank as well as the teachers?

Using anything you can give I will get onto a adjusting the draft speech for you. Once you view it I will gladly help tidy it up into a final version.

Congratulations to your daughter!

Principal ___, Honored Guests __________, parents and friends.

I am honored to count myself as part of the Class of 2015.

Congratulations to my fellow graduates!!

The benefits of education are perhaps more obvious when you successfully graduate. The past few years will have been full of challenges, hard work, picking ourselves up from disappointment, and perseverance. These life lessons will benefit us for a long time.
In my own case I did not think I would ever study for so many hours but I am very glad I did.

Thank you to our teachers for being there for us. Your expertise has benefited us in so many ways. Nurturing our love of learning and lifelong curiosity about everything around us.

Thanks also to our parents and families. Your love and support have given us the strength to get to graduation.

I would also like to thank my Class. I have been inspired by your help, kindness and the fun we have together. I hope we stay friends forever.

We have learned real skills. We have graduated and can demonstrate our expertise in Maths, Languages, Geography, History and Computing, for example. Not only are these skills very beneficial to us right now but also in the future we can build on them successfully.

At this excellent High School we have learned to be confident communicators. Added to our skills this can be very powerful in terms of impressing people at work and passing interviews.

We have learned to learn. Through High School it has been extremely important to be able to learn new course work quickly and efficiently and being confident in your ability to learn is vital.
Also we have learned great life skills. We can set and achieve goals, be part of a team, support others, raise money for charity, cope with difficult times and have confidence in our abilities.

A review of the past few years shows the amazing benefits we have from education already. We are a highly talented Class.

One further skill I hope we learn today and that is how to celebrate. I think we deserve our special day and all the fun that you can have. I hope we have a great party!

The benefits so far of education are clear. The education you have had so far will benefit us for many years. Just think about all the skills we have and we will know how well you can do in the future.
However there is so much more to come. We can greatly enhance every one of our skills and make a wonderful life for yourself. Going to college will challenge us once again. However we will build on all our technical and life skills. At the end we will be very impressive people.

Some of us have a career in mind. A great education will help us no matter what it is we want to do. Doctors, nurses, teachers, software designers, factory managers, accountants, sales people, and entrepreneurs, for example either need their education to qualify for the job or use their education to be excellent at their job.
I hope you can see that through education we will give ourselves a very bright future. In that way we can also look after our families, help our community and make our country great. Why not use education to give ourselves a life full of enthusiasm, fun, challenges, confidence, and contribution to others.

Good Luck Class of 2015.

A Thank You speech can be short. The key thing is to remember to thank all the people you need to and use their names.
Starting with a formal opening is likely to be best. For example:
___________________________
Principal Henderson, Honored Guests Mrs Smith and Mr Singh, parents and fellow graduates.

On behalf of the Class of 2015 I would like to thank all those who have nourished us, taught us, supported us and raised money for our education.

Let me start with our teachers and Principal. I’d like to thank you for the amazing work you have done and your dedication to educating us. That education is not just for graduation but also as we go on to Middle and High School, your good work will benefit us for a long time to come.

I’d like to thank the support team at the school for keeping the school warm, clean and open for business every day. Your smiles make our day a bit happier!

Thanks also to everyone who has supported our school financially. Without you we would not have the books, computer or even pencils and paper which are vital for our education.

Finally, thanks to our parents and families who do so much for us. You love, support, clothe, feed and help us with our homework. We love you too!
________________________________
If you have a funny story that fits in, perhaps a real event will help the speech.

For example, if the teacher had stayed late to make sure the graduates learned something important.
Perhaps the parents give the school money they cannot afford to make sure their child is educated.

Please let me know if you would like more help. Good Luck!

Success

by Brittany
(California)

" success is not measured by the position one has reached in life, rather by the obstacles one overcomes while trying to succeed" i need help with an ending that relates to that quote to speak to the class. I want something that will wow the whole class and motivate them for the future ahead. Thank you. :D

In Reply

Thanks for contacting me.

To give you a start here I have some ideas. Please let me know if this works or not!

The simplest promises are a life without limits, follow your dream and work hard and you will succeed. While there are great messages here what will these ideal versions of the future give you?

You already know about meeting challenges from your time at school. You know how stronger you are as a result of overcoming them. You also know that obstacles are an inevitable part of life.

The obstacles you meet in the future and the positive way you overcome them will be the making of you. For all of us there will be great successes, some failures, difficult obstacles and the chance to show what we are made of.

The strongest steel is made in the hottest fires. We are made stronger by our challenges.

As we push through our obstacles, pick ourselves up after getting knocked down, help others along the way and achieve the wins we need we become people who can be very proud of themselves.

We will be tougher, stronger, humble, hugely grateful, happier and in a way more real.

Ask yourself who you admire. A millionaire kept by their family or the kind of person who has overcome some real obstacles.

Good luck!

Graduation Speech For elementary School

by Anonymous

I was invited to be the guest speaker during graduation exercise this march 19,2013 of my former elementary school where I graduated first honorable mention in 1987. I am now registered physician. Could you help me do my speech with the Theme..BUILDING THE FUTURE LEADERS THROUGH THE K TO 12 BASIC EDUCATION PROGRAM. Thanks!

In Reply

Clearly as a physician and alumni you have a lot to offer the elementary school graduates.

Hopefully you can merge your own experiences with those of the graduates.

Before speaking to the graduates it would be a good idea to get some real life information about what they have been doing at school and how they have performed. Indeed their teacher may be able to help you with some ideas on how to inspire them and how much they know about being leaders. Also it would be good to know who they see as being a great leader and why - this may be a captain of a national sports team.

Draft Speech

Principal (name), (plus name any dignitaries).

Congratulations Class of 2013. It really is an honor to speak to you on your very special day.

Being here reminds me of the time I spent here, I am too a graduate of (school name), so it feels all the more special to join you today.

I fully understand just how much this school means to all of you. You, and I , have been given the benefit of a very good education. With a great deal of skill the teachers here have made it great fun to learn everything. You are lucky to have been educated here. Everyone of you has achieved so much.

I know there have been times when there just seemed to be too much to learn. However with support of your teachers and family you have proved that you can cope with that.

You have learned also so many things. Numbers, some math, language, nature, music, singing and physical education. This education will give you a quite brilliant life and help you to help your families and community.

You have also helped each other and that will be a great skill to have in future.

Looking at all the achievements you have and also just how ready you are for the next steps in your education I know from my own experience that you can make great leaders. I used everything I learned here to become a doctor. I always wanted to be one and I worked very, very hard to qualify. However if I had not been educated at this school I doubt I would have made it.

The transition to the K to K12 education system means change for everyone involved. However there are so many great ideas to consider.

When graduates leave schooling after year 12 they will be better educated and that bit more mature. They will be even more ready to take their place in our communities and to make excellent careers for themselves. Looking around the world, in USA and UK, for example, the graduates generally have completed 12 years of education with many then going on to further study.

The improved education leads to a whole new world of opportunity which graduates will be ready to embrace. In a competitive world for companies and your country need to have an educated workforce which can compete in global terms. We will attract the best employers to our country and communities. The standards of everything we do in this country will improve.

The stronger peer group that graduates will be able to support each other and continue to do better as time goes on. This mentally stronger group will be able to provide leadership in their chosen field. In turn they will develop the next generation.

Of course there is a sacrifice with government and parents paying for the improved education. However the rewards will be graduates who can help us all improve the prospects for this country. Times have been tough globally and at home, improved education is one very important way of tackling our present and future challenges.

Graduation Day

I hope you can all enjoy the day today. You deserve to relax, have fun and enjoy the moment. Indeed all great leaders celebrate their successes and recharge their batteries ready for the next challenge.

You thoroughly deserve the recognition you are getting!!

The Future

I would love you to think about just how far you can get in life. There are no limits on you and you could be the leaders this country needs in the future. Your next steps in schooling will advance you even more and you have proved you are ready to take on the next set of challenges.

You may ask why you should think of being a leader and also how you can use your education to be a leader. Think about what (leaders name) does. He/she dedicates themselves to becoming the best, they support their team, lead the team and step up in times of crisis to focus the team on winning.

You may not see yourself as a sporting hero, however you might be passionate about being a doctor (like me!) a nurse, a teacher, a store owner, a dedicated worker, a craftsman, an artist or one of many other things. Once you find your passion you can make it work. But before that you must dedicate yourself to completing your education. That will give you all you need to be successful in the future. (Add your own experiences here!!)

Once you have dedicated yourself to your passion you will become an expert and people will follow you - so you become a leader. The K to K12 education system will be of so much benefit to you. The future is so bright once you have completed all 12 years!

Your community, your family and your country will benefit so much, as will you, if you find your calling and become a great leader in that field.

I truly wish you the best of fortune in the future. I hope to see you in the newspaper achieving even more great things.

A great simple speech. However, I cannot see the relevance of the transition to "K to 12". I think the speech should focus more on that. Other than that, thumbs up to you for giving some of your time helping us.

A great point! I have added a new part to the speech to account for this transition.

Graduation Speech

Hi!
I have read some messages here asking for a graduation speech for grade 6 with the theme "Saktong Buhay: Sa De-kalidad na Edukasyon Pinanday". You've asked them to translate it in English, and i translated it as:"Exact Life: A Quality Education Wrought"..I hope it can help..
Hope that you could send me also some sample speeches, because just like them i was also tapped to be a commencement speaker with the same theme. The school is located in rural areas where most of the livelihoods are farming but most of the students who graduated in this elementary was able to graduate college and become successful.I hope you can help me. Thanks. God Bless.

I was invited to speak in a graduation ceremony to a kindergarten school. With no background of kinder schooling I find it difficult to draft a speech.

I have a draft speech below. However I feel very respectful of the relationship the graduates have with God and stress that it is a first draft speech which you will add the real details to.

Principal ____, Honored Guests ____, Parents and Graduates.

Congratulations Class of 2015. I am sure you feel very proud of yourselves today and you really do deserve your success. God shines through all of us and his spirit certainly shines through all of you today.

Well done to each of ( name them all and give them praise for special efforts and achievements - the teacher can help you with the detail). We all walk in the path God has for us and your educational journey is a big part of that. The hard work, enthusiasm and openness to learn that you have shown is a perfect way to live your lives.

Thanks to your teachers, their love and support has helped you so much. They have taught you so many great things and helped you when you needed it. Well done to the teachers (name them)

Thanks to your parents for all they do for you and also the support they give the school. Living life in a community is a great way to live.

Enjoy your graduation day. You richly deserve to have the best fun today. Take a moment to thank God for all you have in your lives.

In the future you can have faith and face the challenges you meet. God is with you so you can fearlessly go to your next school and continue to do well. Continue to work hard, be enthusiastic and and be open to learning all the new things you will discover.

Good luck to all of you and well done.

Graduation Speech For elementary School

by Anonymous
(negros oriental)

I was invited to be the guest speaker during graduation exercise this march 26,2015 of my former elementary school where I graduated second honorable mention in 2004. I am now registered nurse.
it is a rural area school, i just want a speech to inspire the graduate to finish their education, because most of the students don't have the means to finish education due to financial problem, i stop two years before i go to college because of financial problem also, but i got a scholarship so i really finish my degree. Could you help me do my speech because i am not good in constructing speech. thanks! i badly need it asap.. thank you so much

In Reply

I hope the following speech gives you what you need.

Principal ______, Honored Guests, proud families.

Congratulations to the Class of 2015. You did it! Being graduates is a great honor and it does feel really good!
I remember being exactly where you are some years ago. I loved being a graduate then and still do now!

We all need to be thankful to your parents and teachers. Without their help and support in our rural community we would not succeed. This is a very proud community. We may not have much money but we have courage and the desire to do well. Everyone wants you to succeed and find the life of your dreams.

At your age I decided to be a nurse and I worked so hard to get the grades I needed at school to be able to go to college. I was inspired by what I could do for every patient that I attended. My own journey at school was not always easy. My family just managed to pay for my school education. Education has given me the best life I could imagine!

Luckily you learn in our community that life does not always turn out the way you would like. I ran out of money 2 weeks before my college graduation. What we do here is work even harder towards our goal. I tried again and through sheer hard work I managed to graduate. Now I am the proudest nurse in our country. I wake up every day excited about what I can do for my patients.

Some of you will already want to be Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Fire Crew, Police Officers and Sports stars when you grow up. Through learning at school you will surely make your dreams come true!

Good Luck

2015 high school Graduation speech

How to start my speech . A good opener.

In Reply

You don't say if you are a graduate or guest speaker.

To get the audience on side and get noticed on what may be a hot and long day is important but fairly simple.

First congratulate the graduates warmly as this is their big day. We all love some recognition.

Secondly you could use a quote such as " Be the change you want to see in the world." Start that off with a wise man, Ghandi, once said "Be the change you want to see in the world". (There are lots of great quotes you could use depending on the content of your speech.

Alternatively you may take the line that "everyone can reach their dreams". From there you could make this statement inspirational for the graduates by illustrating why that is so, how well they have done and what a great future you all have.

Or you could make a very bold statement such as "I will give you the secret to a successful life".

If you let me know what the speech topic is I will gladly refine this answer to fit your material.

Please let me know how I can help further.

Hi? I am glad I searched this site. I've read almost of the speeches made here. its so helpful for those who doesn't know how to start and finish their speeches. I am one of those who seek help for my niece 's Farewell speech with the theme; "Kabataang mula K to 12 Tagapagdala ng kaunlaran sa Bansang Pilipinas". Please help me create one simple message that will help address the heart of the message of the theme to the 2016 graduates. I would appreciate very much for your reply. Kindly, send it to my email. God bless you and more power.

In Reply

(I do not maintain or display e-mail addresses to maintain your privacy. I hope you see this message)

I have 2 versions of a draft speech which would give an outline for your niece to use. It is important to add the real challenges, achievements, teamwork, dedication and charity work the graduates had. Some personal stories and even a very funny event can bring the speech to life for the graduates.

The longer outline speech is at
http://www.graduation-invitations-graduation-party.com/k1-to-12-basic-education-program-as-transformation-vehicle-for-local-and-national-development-high-school-speech.html

The shorter version is:

Principal McKenzie, Honored Guests, Parents and my fellow graduates.

Congratulations to the Class of 2016.

I think we should be very grateful for the structured education system we have benefited from. One, I might add, that has a whole country dedicated to its success.

Just think of the amazing gift we have been given. The system has made learning relevant to us in our community, has built our overall proficiency through language (our local, national and including English), has through all 12 years ensured an integrated and seamless learning plan and has geared us up for the future.

No matter which track we chose for years 11 and 12 we have been given an outstanding chance to make a bright future for ourselves, our families, our community and our country. I cannot imagine many countries which would give us a core education, let us choose an academic, sports and art or technical future and then add a whole approach to us as people so we can maximize our chance of success.

Backed by our own very hard work, perseverance and dedication to do well, we find we are successful graduates.

Thanks to our teachers and parents we have made it through to graduation.

Let us take a moment to celebrate our success.
Today, our Graduation Day, is a wonderful occasion and a very proud one for all of us.

Looking ahead we have been given a chance to continue in the track that best suits us. Some of us are going on to college and the rest of us are starting jobs very soon. What we all have is excellent preparation for the next steps no matter what they are.

What development will we see? Well, our community will have excellent employees on which to build businesses and for example, teachers and healthcare professionals. Our country will benefit from the entrepreneurs and also our communication skills can help us take our place in the world economy.

Good luck graduates.

Of course the speech needs to be personalized to reflect the circumstances of this school. Can you give me as much background on the school as you can. For example, are they rural or city, achievements, charity work, do the community support the school.
Do you have any skills, experiences to pass on to the children. Do you have messages you would like to pass on to them.

Alternatively I have a draft speech which you can personalize for this school at http://www.graduation-invitations-graduation-party.com/k1-to-12-basic-education-program-as-a-transformation-vehicle-for-local-and-national-development-elementary-speech.html

Graduation speech!

Hi, yesterday the student council coordinator selected me to give the end of year speech on behalf of the student council to the whole school. I am really nervous and need to include things like
our fundraising events
what we bought for the school etc
I am only in grade 6, keep it simple, but not too simple because I got the academic excellence award. I am having trouble trying to start it and finding the right words, of you could give me a few starting lines etc that would be great. I do want to put the speech into my own words, so just give me a few sentences with dot points and that would be fantastic. I am giving my speech NOT TO PARENTS, just the school, student council etc which I am giving on the 10th of December. If you could contact me back by the 2nd of December that would be great! Thank you.

Good luck with your speech and congratulations!!

THE GIFT

Principal (name), teachers, student council and guests.

Congratulations to the Class of 2015. I am very proud to be one of you!

Graduation is a great time to be grateful for the gifts we have been given and the gifts we gave over at school.

There are many gifts we have been given. Our teachers have worked very hard to help us do well in our education and also learn so much about life. Thank you to all our teachers. Your hard work has made us good at, for example, Math, English, History, Geography, Nature and Computing. We are ready to move onto the next stage of our education!

Thank you to our parents who have loved and supported us all the way. Although they are not here they are in our thoughts. The gift we have here is always having someone to talk to, to help with homework and also to have fun with!

The Class of 2015 is a real team. Being a part of this group is a gift too. Not only do we have the best fun together, we also have taken on the challenge of fundraising for our school. We have raised a lot of money. The items we bought are __________. We did benefit from the essential school supplies and we have left them as a gift for future classes.

I hope you enjoy graduation day. I think it shows the rewards of getting a great education.

The future, too, is a gift. Exciting new challenges lie in front of us. We will be learning so much more, trying out new things and meeting lots of new friends. Luckily our schooling so far will help us do very well in the future.

Good luck Class of 2015.

speech for my subject accomplishment

Hi.. Our teacher gives us task to make a speech like to promote, to entertain, or to educate the grade 7 students.. Please help me to give a speech for 5-10 minutes..

I am very happy to help.

This is your speech so really should reflect how you see the subject you pick. For example is there a favorite pursuit you have or subject you love which can be the basis of an educational speech? Perhaps your own style is to entertain, or do you want to promote say a charity? If you let me know what you prefer as the speech topic then I can certainly help.

Grade 6 Speech

I would be delighted to help.
Do you have any background on the school eg rural, inner city, students are hard working?
Did they give you a speech topic or would you like to simply celebrate how well they are doing and draw on the lessons and successes of the past to inspire them to do well in the future? For example a hard working group led by an inspiring teacher who have done well and should stick to the successful plan they have used in the future.
Do you have any experiences that would help the class in the future. Do you have any messages that you think would help?

Anything you can give me would help me draft a speech which suits the graduates.

Thanks

Clearly you have the real detail and experiences of this class and their college. I hope you can add some educational challenges, obstacles, funny stories and something that reflects the character of the class.
I have, below, what is a first draft speech. Let me know what you think and I can re-draft it.

I would like to start by congratulating the teaching class of 2016.
I look out at you all and see the future of many generations in our country. I see a group of people who really do believe in education and the power it has to inspire, develop, motivate and build generations of people who will in turn develop future generations, communities and our country. I think we now also have a chance to develop young people who will do business abroad and take their place in the global economy.
Perhaps this is the most exciting time to be a teacher ever!
Let us start by reviewing the journey you have been on in your training. Our country has steadily developed an educational plan that develops the students in a way which any country would admire. We now take young people in a structured way all the way from kindergarten to K12. Each year they learn the next challenging things. Their math, language, computing, communications, art and crafts skills are developed in a challenging way. In particular they also are developed as people and we have a plan that moves them onto the best kind of education for them as they work towards choosing their educational stream.
The challenge for everyone here has been to learn how to more than meet the needs of the students, develop structured learning plans daily and how to get to know the students so we can give them the best individual attention possible.

Today we recognise all the dedication and hard work you have put into becoming one of the best teaching generations we have developed. You have graduated from a particularly difficult course and can be very proud of your achievements. Well done class of 2016.

Now you get to go out into the world and use your skills. You will have the lives of young people in your hands to the extent that you have the ability to influence them to become exceptional. You can get the best out of them. You can give them the skills to be what they want to be. The responsibility is something we all take very seriously. I hope you take ion challenging teaching jobs and show everyone just what you can do. I hope you work hard enough to make your teaching dreams come true. I hope each year you see successful classes heading off for the summer break feeling satisfied about how far they have developed over the year.
You have one of the best, most satisfying jobs in the world.
Good luck and congratulations once again.

Valedictory speech for Grade 6 pupil

Can you please help me to write a good and interesting speech? I just want to give my fellow graduates a such good inspiring message. please help me =)

I have a speech at http://www.graduation-invitations-graduation-party.com/2016-elementary-school-graduation-speeches.html which is centered on the benefits of education and continuing to follow the path of education.

To help you get a speech you are proud of is however my aim here. Would you like to focus on the aims of learning, doing well at school, continuing to grow and develop, and finding your dream career in time.

Your class will have so much to achieve and have an exciting opportunity to make a great life for themselves. If you have some fun times to add and perhaps even a funny story to share that will help. You can prove how successful they already are and discuss how far they have come since they started school.

Make the speech real for the class. discuss great things they actually did. Then you can describe how great they can be in the future.

Let me know of something like keeping on learning is a good topic. If you want more help please just ask!
